Pet Policy
Our pet policy welcomes responsible and loving pet owners. Here is what we believe:

• People who lovingly care for their pets will want to be around other pet owners who do, too.
• Our nonrefundable pet registration fee of $150 ensures that only people who really consider their animals as a vital part of the family will move to a RSA Management property.
• Big dogs need big spaces. We don’t believe that an apartment home can offer a big dog the room he or she needs to truly be happy. That’s why we limit our pet resident to those 25 pounds and under. Also, we reserve the right to exclude certain breeds of dogs.
